INSTRUCTIONS AND BOOKING TERMS, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Sauna session prices 2026:

• Mon–Fri before 4 PM: 16 €, with S-Etukortti card 12 €
• Mon–Thu after 4 PM & Sun all day: 21 €, with S-Etukortti card 17 €
• Fri after 4 PM & Sat all day: 25 €, with S-Etukortti card 21 €

Age limits and alcohol service:

• Sun–Tue: No age limit, no alcohol service
• Wed–Sat: 18+ the whole day, alcohol served in saunas
• On Mondays, saunas open at 15:30

Exceptions to opening hours and age limits

• Wed April 22nd saunas and restaurant will open at 5PM

Please be prepared to verify your age with an appropriate form of identification. Without a valid ID, entry to the sauna session may be denied. Bringing your own drinks (including water bottles) or food is strictly prohibited in all Viilu facilities. Staff have the right to remove anyone consuming their own beverages from the premises. To maintain comfort and cleanliness, shaving body hair, dyeing hair, shaving beards, applying nail polish, or similar hygiene treatments are not allowed in the sauna areas.

Please bring your own swimsuit and towel to the sauna session, and optionally a seat cover. You can also rent a towel from us, and disposable seat covers are available in our sauna facilities. Using seat covers in our saunas is not mandatory. Additionally, you may bring swimming shoes or sandals if you wish.

Available sauna sessions are shown for 14 days at a time. Payment is made upon arrival.

Sauna sessions are staggered in 15-minute intervals for booking.
To avoid congestion in changing rooms, we accept reservations for a maximum of eight men or eight women at a time.
Reservations for groups of more than eight people of the same gender can be made by phone at +358 10 7675 453 (local network/mobile charges apply).

You can cancel your sauna reservation up to 2 hours before the booked session using the code provided in your booking confirmation.
Please review our sauna information before arriving or booking your session.

Please note that we will release your sauna slot 30 minutes after the start time if you have not arrived, so let us know if you are running late. If the number of people in your sauna reservation changes on the same day, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone.
